Hire Costs
Casual Private or non-profit hire....................................5.50 per hour
Regular booking, (8 or more events)...............................4.40 per hour
Commercial booking (admittance charged).................... 8.80 per hour
Use of piano or heaters attract a small additional charge.
Crockery is also available at an additional charge if required.
Bond - We reserve the right to charge a refundable bond and/or key deposit,
as applicable to cover damage to or loss of property.
GST included in all above prices. A tax invoice can be provided on request.
Please note booking cancellations must be at least seven days before the booked date.
A Late payment penalty applies to overdue amounts.

Details of Facilities
Facilities - Hall.........18m by 13m plus stage. 100 plastic chairs plus 3 bench seats, 10 trestle tables.
Facilities - Kitchen......Gas Stoves & ovens, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, hot water system, two bowl stainless steel sink, stainless steel bench tops on cupboards, table. Crockery and cutlery oddments in overhead and sink cupboards.
Committee Room............Suitable for small group meetings.
Conditions of Hire........Nothing to be attached to walls by sticky tape, bluetack or other means.
Nothing to be pinned to any curtains.
Hall to be swept after use and all equipment used to be stored as it was found.
All decorations, food scraps etc to be removed.
Kitchen and kitchen equipment to be left clean, with all equipment returned to its storage area. Kitchen bin to be emptied into wheelie bin outside.
Please do not leave any food in the kitchen as this encourages ants and mice.
We reserve the right to refuse hire without disclosing a reason. We also reserve the right to cancel or alter bookings, but in the unlikely event of this occurring every endeavor will be made to arrange a suitable alternative venue or time.
